DELIVERY:

We offer delivery of our products everywhere to make customer's shopping experience as good as possible. The delivery of the products takes about:

Finland: 2-3 Days.

Rest of Europe: 7-10 Days.

United States: 10-14 Days.

Delivery of the pre-order products typically takes about 4-6 weeks, but it may depend on the progress of production. (NOTE: you get pre-order products at a reduced price!).

DELIVERY METHOD:

The package is delivered to the nearest available post office or parcel machine. You will recieve notification of the package's arrival via text message, but you can also monitor the progress of your shipment trough, for example, the OmaPosti application.

If your delivery is sent to a parcel machine, the arrival notification has a code that you can use to pick up your package. The shipment is stored in the machine for (7) days.

RETURNS:

Products in original condition have 14-Day right of return. If you want to return products, contact our customer service at anemoigrey@gmail.com.

If the products is defective or incorrect when it arrives, we will cover return costs and refund the full amount of the price.
